FLIP THE GENERIC VALENTINE'S SCRIPT

Valentine's Day campaigns are intriguing. Walking the tightrope between cliché and originality, we're only ever one thought away from a vom-in-the-mouth-inducing concept. Beefsteak Club doesn't do conventional. No roses, hearts and love messages. So where was the angle? The style was ripped from vintage 60's comic strips. And we pumped out some of the worst lines we could find to get people's cogs turning. We immortalised the winner and their winning line in a custom designed cartoon complete with physical likeness. Engagement was off the charts with at least 30% of the IG audience, dropping some corny clangers
